MIND & BODY

Coaching.

Personal, one to one, and built on knowing yourself first.

I would not be where I am without the mentors and coaches who showed up for me when it counted. That kind of support changed my life, and coaching is how I pay it back, one person at a time. The work starts with understanding yourself. From that foundation, we either navigate a change you're in the middle of or drive one you've decided to make. And because the mind never works alone, the body has its own side of this practice.

THE MIND

Start with who you are.

Every change you want to make and every decision in front of you runs through the same place: your understanding of yourself.

The Self Model

Before you change anything, it helps to know what you're working with. The Self Model is the map I use for that: where you came from, what you value, the patterns running under the surface, and where you're headed. It's the first thing I build with every client, and the thing we come back to whenever a decision gets hard.

When you can see yourself clearly, decisions get easier to make and easier to trust. Goals stop being borrowed from other people. The direction you set fits the person setting it. That clarity is the foundation for everything else on this page: it tells us whether the work ahead of you is a transformation you want to drive or a transition you need to cross.

Transformation Coaching

Transformation is change you choose: deciding who you want to become and doing the honest work of getting there. The focus is your mind, your identity, your habits, and how you perform under pressure. I've spent years coaching people through hard changes, and the pattern is consistent: the inner work decides whether the outer work holds.

The people drawn to this work are capable and driven. They've read the books and tried the routines, and something still gets in the way. More often than not, that something is a story they tell themselves about who they are, and rewriting that story is the heart of what we do together.

Transition Coaching

Transition is the change you didn't fully choose, or the change you did choose that still turned life upside down. Careers end, relationships end, homes change, plans fall through. In the middle of that, what helps most is a steady partner and enough structure to keep the days moving while the ground resettles.

This work covers professional transitions, personal ones, and the larger passages of a life. That includes end-of-life: when someone is facing the hardest transition there is, that work gets the time, honesty, and dignity it deserves. Whatever change you're in, we make the unknown smaller and the next step clearer.

THE BODY

The Body

The other half of coaching is physical. I offer four ways in: personal training built on written programs and progression rules, physique coaching for natural competitors and lifestyle goals, nutrition consultation that sets targets from your own data, and dance coaching from a structured skill model I built. Each one runs on the same method: assess, program, track, adjust.

The stance matches everything else on this site: evidence first, honestly stated. I'm a certified personal trainer, an NPC physique judge, a competing natural bodybuilder, and a dance instructor, and my graduate training is in the psychology of why people follow through. The science sets the ranges; the coaching makes them fit your life.

WHERE TO START

Understand yourself, then transform or transition on your terms.

I coach a small number of people at a time, and most of my year belongs to the creating side of what I do. New spots are rare and go through the waitlist. If this page describes the work you want to do, put your name down.
