Transition Coaching.

Support for people in the middle of a life transition, chosen or not.

Maybe it's a career change, the end of a relationship, a loss, or a move. Maybe it's quieter than that: the sense that something in your life has run its course and you can't yet see what comes next. Transitions are disorienting because the old map stops working before the new one is available. My job is to walk that stretch with you.

THE WORK

A thinking partner for the hard conversations.

I trained in psychology, the field that studies how people move through change at work and in life. Just as important: I can sit with the hard version of this conversation without flinching and without rushing you toward a tidy resolution.

I'm not your therapist, and I'll tell you when I think you need one. I'm a thinking partner who will stay in the room with the difficult question and help you find direction without flattening the experience into productivity tips.

Structure matters in a transition because it gives the feeling somewhere to go. We get clear on what matters now, what's in the way, and what the next real step is: something small and concrete you can take this month, which will serve you better than any five-year vision board.

COACHING

You don't have to figure this out alone.

My coaching practice stays small by design, so new clients come through the waitlist. If you're in the middle of something, reach out and tell me where you are.
